I can no longer pull up custom server list

Hello! I play Minecraft strictly on Xbox, and I have been using the custom server list to play on bedrock only servers. This has worked perfectly until 1.16, 

this I can confirm is not a connection issue, as when I join featured servers it works like a charm. Also I have restarted the game and deleted and reinstalled several  times already with no success. Trying to join server list lasts about 5 minutes and then I get a connection timeout. Any way I could troubleshoot this?
