Impossible to spawn baby mob using spawn egg with adult mob on mobile devices

The bug

Attempting to spawn a baby mob by using the spawn egg on an adult mob will damage the adult instead of spawning a baby. Any usage of the spawn egg on the mob should result in a baby being spawned, not damage.

Steps to reproduce

1. Spawn an adult mob with a spawn egg.
2. Tap on the adult with the spawn egg in hand.
