/locate bastionremnant leads to coordinates with no bastion remnamt

When using the command /locate bastionremnant in the Nether on a new world (created after 1.16.0 was released), the command gives coordinates that do not contain a Bastion Remnant.

The seed that I tested this on is 1400336039, and the exact coordinates provided are 712, (y?), 1512.
