I'm stuck in v.1.14.60

As the new update came out quite recently, I was going to go play it, as everyone would, and it said it downloaded it, but I'd say in the bottom right corner that I'm in version 1.14.60. I thought I had to re-download it, but when I went to the App Store, it said I haven't bought it, but I had bought the game four years ago. I don't understand why it is doing this, it's always worked in the past, it's a game I really enjoy, and I want to be able to play it, but it won't let me. I hope you can help me the best you can, and thank you.
