Stuck in Minecraft PC BETA

I have Tried Everything to get rid of the Beta including;

in the hub leaving the beta then uninstalling and reinstalling.

in the hub leaving the beta then uninstalling , restarting PC and reinstalling.

in the hub leaving the beta then deleting the hub uninstalling , restarting PC and reinstalling.

in the hub leaving the beta then going to command prompt and doing what the hub suggested in solution C.  uninstalling , restarting PC and reinstalling.

I have also removed my account from the hub and am no longer a member. 

 

Every time I open the game the Beta comes back.

 

On my son's Xbox one i had no problem leaving the beta, uninstalling and reinstalling but this PC no matter what i do always opens up back to BETA
