Screen randomly flicks when u look around

Sorry if theres 2 of these i put one on the wrong project anyway I was playing minecraft Pe And Was building something but when ever i look around it just flicks the screen so this caused my building to look pretty bad with a bunch of misplaced blocks cause of the flicking thanks for reading
