Realm will not load

When ever you try to join a realm, your screen will get stuck on building world. I've tried this on Xbox and android and had the same outcome. Iam not the Realm owner but a user but she says other people had the same issues. I was underground at the mean time and left and when I tried to rejoin I havent been able since. I can join world's and servers except realms
