Keyboard delay with the game.

Hello, my name is Nelson Herrera. I have an incident with Minecraft for Windows 10 with my game experience , I would appreciate it if you could tell me if there is a possible solution to my problem and then I will say my problem:

When I play an old world in version 1.16, my keyboard takes time to respond with the game, there are moments on the way or I run and after a while the character walks alone during the delay of the game and I am playing alone in solitaire mode and good it happens many times in the overworld or the nether.
