Major Map Generation + Performance Bug
- Some undiscovered and some already generated locations are being re-generated with nothing but stone, ocean monuments, shipwrecks and water.
- While moving around the overworld, server threads are maxed at 100%. Movements during this CPU spike are not registered on the in-game locator maps and to other players.
- Server deployed on ubuntu via Docker (Image: itzg/minecraft-bedrock-server).
