Hot Tourist Destination PS4

The PS4 version of the Hot Tourist Destination will not complete no matter how many times I visit all the nether biomes or create new worlds entirely. Many others are reporting it doesn't work for them either. This issue doesn't happen to me on the Windows 10 edition.
