Multiplayer on cellular LTE does not work

Multiplayer does not work when using LTE. I open the game go into profile and make sure LTE is on. And then I create a server making sure multiplayer is turned on. I then go into a world but my friends cannot see me online. I go into settings to find the multiplayer switch is off and grayed out so it can’t be turned on. I also can’t join my friends either.  It would be amazing if this could be fixed soon as cellular is my primary internet source
