/title command on realms

I've recently been playing on a realm and I've set up command blocks to teleport me to my friends base, with this I also have another command block linked to it which is the /title command. However when the button is pushed, instead of displaying to the nearest player (me) it displays to a random player in the realm. This is the command I've used:

/title @p title §aHannah's Base
It works perfectly fine when I'm the only person online.
