After closing menu you are forced to look up (keyboard and mouse, PS4)

I always you keyboard and mouse when I play the game on PlayStation 4, but for some reason while i'm in a menu it makes me look up after i close the menu. It happens every couple of times i open a menu. It seems to happen every second time i'm in a menu.
