Game sometimes freezes

Sometimes when playing in a world, everything freezes (except music) for up to 30 seconds then resumes normally.

On rare occasions, the freeze is infinite (bascially a crash) and you have to close the software.

Can sometimes happens whilst going in a nether portal (whilst autosaving).

There are also smaller freezes of around 1 second.
