Minecraft loads wrong textures, instead of defaults it loads downloaded textures

minecraft is bugged instead of loading the original textures, it loads the textures downloaded from the internet (in other words, custom textures) and detects them as the default textures of minecraft minecraft 1.16 is more bugged than 1.15 with flying turtles. and if you enter the world, there are no textures: /
