Minecraft world's do not load

I downloaded the 1.16 update and since then none of my existing world's will load, I cannot create a new one, I can't load my realm, I cannot access servers, I cannot join anyone else's game. My Minecraft is essentially useless, I cannot do anything.

 

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that did nothing. I've never had this problem before the update.
