[MCPE-8525] fishing in boat crashes game

When fishing in a boat the game crashes right after the bobber is in the water.

UPDATE game crashes when fishing on Land also.

Clicking Fish to cast your rod no longer crashes the game in 0.11.0 build 13. If you are still experiencing your error, please comment here and describe what you are experiencing and what you expected to have happen in greater detail.
