Old world is corrupted, cannot move

One of my old worlds has become corrupted. Upon entering it, I cannot move and all I can see is an armour stand and a painting. Everything else is invisible. The only way to fix this bug is to make the world infinite, but this completely destroys the purpose of the world! Screenshots will be coming soon.
