When I open my Minecraft, the game glitches

Hi Mojang Studios! So I got the new Minecraft which is the 1.16.0, when I open up my minecraft It blinks everytime. I cannot play and open up my world. Please fix this because I need my minecraft to create videos for my youtube channel. Thank you.
