Main Menu Frame Drop

My frame rate goes to about 1 FPS on the main menu screen, but goes back to normal as soon as I manage to get into a world. By "main menu" I mean the starting menu, worlds menu, settings, marketplace, and even signing into my Microsoft account. I've reinstalled it, deleted all of my addons, deleted a few apps I wasn't using, and a few photos. Nothing changed the frame rate. Pleas fix it.
