Netherite pickaxe Burns in lava

We tested the new update because we thought I was cool how it was lava proof we threw it into the lava and it burned we didn't record that time but we spent time to get netherite and do it again after we got it we tested it again and recorded it it had the same affect as before please fix this issue we worked so hard for this.
