I can’t load the app

In order to open the game with mobile data I have to switch off and on the phone each time I want to play. If for example I play, then I close the app and then I re-open it I have to turn off and on the phone, otherwise it won’t let me open the game. I had the same problem on 1.14.something, it got fixed but now it’s here again. It’s kinda annoying and also unhealthy for the phone.
