Underwater music plays outside of water

In my last report. I said that nether music was playing in the overworld. However, i realized it wasn't nether music and it was actually underwater music. I wasnt underwater so the music felt very out of place and irritating. I guess it was supposed to only play underwater so would you mind take a look at that.
