Something went wrong. Try again or try on Xbox.com.

When I try to log in to be able to play with friends I get the following message: "Something went wrong. Try again or try on Xbox.com.", I already tried to uninstall and reinstall the game just like restarting my device and still without function. The only thing that has helped me is to use a VPN, but when I remove the VPN and try to enter the game with my session already started, it tells me that it was not possible to log in and again I get the error. There are even times when the game freezes on the loading screen and I can't even do anything or quit the app.
