Sometimes if you quickly switch hotbar slots while placing an item, on the the hot bar it will show you holding the wrong block

When placing down and quickly switching hotbar slots, the highlighted hotbar slot will change, but in your player's hand you see the block that you were previously holding. If you try to place down a block it will place down the block you were previously holding as well.
