Bugged clothing

TThis is a glitch on the PS4 version but I didnt know which one was console edition, forgive me for this. When I got the new update my character was bugged and I had to remake it tho the shirt it was wearing ( the cozy rat turtleneck to be specific ) just would not load, I do not know if others experienced this problem but please fix it, I paid good money for the shirt and it was my favorite in the catalog.
