I cant download minecraft for windows 10 if im not in the beta.

So when ever i try to download minecraft for windows 10 i just get an error message ( The code i get is 0x80070003) --when i enter the beta i can download it normally but then i cant play multiplayer and right now i have an older version because the nether update just released and i have a 5 day old version.
