Pause menu not appearing

So I was playing Realms when the Nether Update just dropped into bedrock, then when I tried to go to my pause menu to save & exit the game  this thing popped up. I told my friend about the problem and they didn't know what the problem was. So I Alt+F4'd out of Minecraft and went on Singleplayer to check if the problem was in realms or not, turns out it was also effecting Singleplayer. I do not know if this effects other players too or not. But it certainly annoys me. I've been waiting for quite a while and it's still in this screen.
