Mob spawning/de-spawning issue.

Mobs despawn after 50 blocks but some mobs spawn farther than 50 blocks which causes instant despawning. This is bad for some achivements and farms. The fix should involve increasing the despawn range to 128 (8chunk render) as mentioned in the patch notes
