World Template Stuck in Downloading Status

Minecraft Pirates Of the Caribbean world template stuck in downloading status.  Shows blue exclamation mark in top left corner and shows non moving downloading message in lower 3rd of icon.  When i click on the icon, it takes me to the description page and top right corner is gray with no option to cancel, download or anything else.
