Can't view any map.

Hello there!

 I recently found a treasure map and i tried to use it. It wont show at first, then if i move mouse is popping like crazy.

 

First screenshot - normal view. Second when moving my mouse (was hard to shot this screenshot). 

Cant use any map even when i made one in cartography table.
