Minecraft Skins

Dear Mojang Studios 

Can you fix this if i go to my skins creator if i load a minecraft skin pack and a custom skin and then once i left the game and come back again it said fail to load Character 1,2,3,4 and i always need to always to play Steve or sometime Alex and it was really frustrating always i hope you fix this maybe Official Nether Update Release please because it is no fun when you dont have a skin
