Server In-Game Stores and Purchases

I tried to purchase the Hive + Rank for my friend for his birthday, but it seems as if I was just scammed out of my money because he did not receive the rank. We tried to fix the issues with "/fixpurchase" which did not help and we were 100% sure that I had given him the rank. He did not receive any benefits and we are not happy with losing money.
