Character won't stop walking during autosave or chunk generation

Problem with directional keyboard keys

During the automatic save of the game or during the generation of a new chunk, my character continues to walk even if I don't press the keyboard. Sometimes, I can't jump and not specialy during both events.
It's an annoying bug that sometimes make the game unplayable
