Particles do not update to face towards the sleeping player

When sleeping in a bed, any nearby particles will face towards the location of the player before they entered the bed. I expected the particles to turn to face the sleeping player, as with dropped items.

0Tested in creative mode, with portal, mob death (explosion), burning, breeding, and torch flame particles. In the attached image I was flying above the bed prior to sleeping, and the torch flame continues to face upwards to my previous position.
