Beta program

Well what happened was when I went into the beta version of Minecraft was when I when on to my skins and tried to go on to the capes option it was not there well anyway I restarted Minecraft and still not there but after a couple of attempts it was back and I could get the new cape also I’m going to say i know it’s still in beta and there is mutch more to come.
