Piglins always equip armor

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Drop any type of armor (except the ones listed in MCPE-75863) near piglins.

Expected Results:
The piglins have a chance of collecting items, as any other type of humanoid mob.

Observed Results:
100% of them collect and equip the armor.
