Everytime I open any version that is above 1.12 it gets stuck in the loading screen

This is probably one of the oldest bugs in the game but everytime is open a version above 1.12 it always get stuck in the loading screen. It also happened in 2014 when I open mcpe 0.9.4 it gets stuck in the white loading screen and never starts
