Under water ruins are spawning on land

So i was messing around in my creative world,  and i came across something unusual, is was a under water ruin on land. When it loaded in,  warer from the chest started flowing,  only the chest. When i searched the issue it had been reported such as 'under water ruin spawned on mountain' but it had already been resolved so i made this report to report it wasnt fixed. So it spawned on a island type,  near the ocean on blocks. I wanted to send a video but the file wasnt supported.  I took some screenchots from the video. Ps. I put the boat there
