Xbox accounts and multiplayer can be accessed on illegal downloads

Someone I know has not purchased the game and downloaded an illegal version and somehow he can access multiplayer and he made an Xbox account which he can join servers and play online with.

Please fix this as a lot of people have payed to play this game and he just downloaded it of a website and he is able to access mutiplayer and he can join servers.
