Minecart can cause the third person camera to become slanted

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the attached world;
2. Follow the steps written in the signs.

Observed Results:
The camera becomes slanted once you switch to third person perspective.

Expected Results:
The camera stays normal.

Notes: I haven't tested in previous versions, as I found this by accident. For that reason, the test world is only gonna work in 1.16.
