Pick blocking an enchanted item shows the wrong color when it doesn’t change the selected hotbar slot

The bug

Enchanted items have a blue name that you see in inventory and when changing hotbar slot. However if you pick block an enchanted item the name will be white instead of blue, when it doesn’t change the slot in your hotbar. But when the selected hotbar slot does get changed by pick block, the name has the correct color.

How to reproduce:

1. Get an enchated item
2. Put it in an item frame
3. Clear your hotbar
4. Change you selected slot in the hotbar to the first slot, so that the selected slot doesn’t get changed when pick blocking.
5. Pick block that item
6. The text is white instead of blue
7. Change your selected slot
8. Pick block again
9. The color is blue

What I expected: The color will also be blue, even if pick block didn’t change your hotbar slot.
