reporting survival multiplay mode problem

i played single play in survival mode. in same wi fi network, another player log in my space, everytime disconected, and just shutting down another player's app. at same time, my game is just fine, no problem. only pop up and shown ***is conected... *** is disconected....
Most of all, in creative mode has no problem. its very good multiplaying. problem happen only in survival mode. please help me
