Block wireframe hitbox is visible at all times when in lava/foggy water

The bug

The wireframe hitbox that appears when a block is looked at is not obscured by the lava fog. As a result, most of the time while in lava, your screen is entirely orange except for a very obvious wireframe surrounding seemingly nothing.

How to reproduce

1. Submerge in lava
2. Aim at a block
