Parity: Shroomlight cannot be composted

This bug is fixed on Java 1.16 pre-release 3, this bug covers Bedrock Edition for parity.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a composter
2. Put the Shroomlight in it.

Expected Results:
Shroomlight gets composted.

Observed Results:
It didn't get composted.
