Bug Command in /testfor and /xp

Thats not working in testfor and xp.

Bug testfor:Not working in "[x=5,  it text qoma its not working.

Bug xp:Not working in xp 15L  it text "L" in the space no work is no select in L (Levels).

 

Ok thats is the bug minecraft.
