MCPE-8297Baby zombies have regular zombie sounds
Baby zombies have the regular zombies sound where the intended sound is supposed to be a higher pitch of the sound. This allowed people to be aware that a baby zombie is near them in PC as they are much more dangerous as regular zombies.

thats because the android version of the game still uses an old sound engine
