What I expected to happen was...:
The tammed wolf to teleport to me.
What actually happened was...:
The wolf repeatedly attempted to teleport to me but was returned to the boat each time.
Steps to Reproduce:
Pick up a swimming tammed wolf while sailing a boat, leave the boat and move far enough away for the wolf to attempt teleport.
Mod Edit: this can occur with any vehicle entity (i.e. both boats and minecarts), and affects teleportation by endermen in addition to wolves.

Confirmed for 0.10.4 on iPhone 6 plus (iOS 8.3). This also affects wolves riding minecarts, as well as endermans.
Cannot reproduce in 0.11.0 Beta 8 on Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Android 5.0

Confirmed for LG G3 running Android 5.0 and for all versions from 0.10.5 to 0.11.0 beta 13.
I experience this exactly as in the video posted by Mark Jarvis above.
I tried to edit the "Affects versions" as above, but I don't appear to have the rights to edit this - which is fair enough.
