Horse model bug

Using certain resource packs or add-ons causes the horse model to change to the pre-Update Aquatic model.

I use an add-on which helps to limit the fps rate

How to reproduce:

1. Apply a resource pack or an add-on

2. Load up a world

3. Notice that the horse model has changed to the one seen before the Update Aquatic
