Ambient Cave Sounds

The Ambient Cave Sounds return And I hear them in places I'm not supposed to hear (I hear them at the height of 66y, and you said you can hear these noises only at a height of 50y and below) and it was before 1.16.0.64 version but now it's back again. Why does it keep happening?
